  5. The CCS Contract Billing program creates the AIA billing document to be sent
  6. out on progressive billing. It allows for unlimited number of jobs to be setup.
  7. The program is setup for retainages to be either a percentage or a fixed amount
  8. with the ability to reduce the retainage at a set time within the project. The
  9. system is setup for multiple sections within a job for separate subtotaling on
  10. the G702 page. The billing program will print an invoice for those billings not
  11. requiring the AIA form. All billings completed will transfer to the Accounts
  12. Receivable program in order to track cash against them. The Contract Billing
  13. program includes a Project Summary report showing the progress of every job in
  14. the system along with contract amounts, change orders, total retainage,
  15. completed work, and balance to finish.
